PEKAT finder - Camera IP Address Discovery Tool

Normally, all PV-50C cameras arrive preconfigured with static IP address - 192.168.0.128. However, PEKAT finder is a simple tool that you can use to find out the IP address of your PV-50C cameras in case that the preconfigured one doesn’t work or you changed the IP address of your camera yourself and forgot it.

Thanks to the PEKAT finder, you can find the IP address of your camera in 3 quick steps:

Step 1 - Start PEKAT finder

After you start pekat finder, you should see a window like this:

Step 2 - Scan Network

With PEKAT finder running and your camera connected to the network, all you need to do is click the Scan Network button. After a quick load during which the PEKAT finder is scanning your network, all your running PV-50C cameras connected to the network will be displayed, together with their IP address.

Step 3 - Open Camera GUI

Finally, you can quickly open the GUI of a camera by clicking on the icon on the right side of the table of found cameras in PEKAT finder.
Your default web browser will open with the camera GUI opened.
