Projects Manager Settings
The Projects Manager settings can be used to set the Language of the Projects Manager, whether to start the Manager on PC startup and much more.
The settings display opens when you click on the SETTINGS button in the header section of the GUI and it looks like this:
The display can be used to:
change the language of the Projects Manager
start or stop the Kiosk Mode which only allows to access the Operator View of a project
allow the autostart of Projects Manager on PC startup
start TCP server that can process some simple TCP requests
find a web address from which you can access the Projects Manager GUI
check available licenses
check output logs of the Projects Manager
Language Settings
The language can be changed using the “Language“ button. The available languages are English, German, Czech, Japanese and Chinese.
Starting TCP Server
To start the TCP server, you have to click on the “START“ button. You can see whether the TCP server is running in the “Simple TCP communications“ section.
Before starting the server, you can change the port on which the server will be accesible.

License Display
The License Display pops up after clicking on the “LICENSE“ button. It shows the current active license for the PEKAT VISION software.
Clicking on the MANUAL LICENSE ACTIVATION button will open up a new display.
Here you can see your digital fingerprint which you can copy to clipboard using a button underneath it. The fingerprint is important for the process of Manual License Activation.
List of Logs
The LOGGER button shows a list of logs from the Project Manager labeled by date. You can download any of the logs and they can be very useful when reporting some bug to the PEKAT VISION support team.
The logs are just simple text files that contain some information about the state of the Projects Manager during its runtime. The content of a log file may look like this:
