This guide will help you with the process of setting up your PEKAT PV50C camera after you first receive it. Here are summarized steps you need to take to connect to the camera, these steps will be explained in greater depth later on this page:
Check that you have DHCP set up on your network
Unpack the camera and the cables
Connect the cables to the camera
Connect camera to the network (plug the green cable into an ethernet port and the black one into an electrical outlet)
Find your camera using the Pekat Finder and click on the IP address of the camera
An explorer window should open up and you can start using the camera

Together with the PV50C camera, you should also get an IO cable and a power cable. After unwrapping all of the packaging you should have the following items:
