PEKAT VISION is software for industrial visual inspection and quality assurance based on Artificial Intelligence.

It uses its own proprietary focused-learning algorithm which goes beyond deep learning. Focused learning works like a human eye. It is able to identify small defects and requires only a few images to learn and understand the task.

Our software works well with a wide range of applications and types of materials, such as wood, plastic, stone, metal, lacquer, castings, leather, rubber, fabrics, etc.

Our AI unsupervised module Anomaly Detector is able to detect new defect types which have not been seen previously. For this module, you only need to select 10 or more OK images to train your dataset for Anomaly Detection.

Our AI supervised modules allow you to set up customized training to search, detect and classify a wide range of defects and objects within your dataset, such as scratches, rust, leaks, holes, etc.

It does not matter that each product or material is slightly different and it does not matter whether it is difficult or even impossible to describe what a defect is. PEKAT VISION is able to find it anyway.
