On the left, there is also the option to search for a specific image by name, filter images by annotations (Annotated, Not Annotated and All) and filter images by tags and on the right, there are sorting options available.

Assigned tags can then be used in Smart Sorting to assign classes - e.g. in Anomaly Detector, Classifier, or Report. They can be used separately or in combination with prefix/regex. Image is selected if it satisfies all rules - all selected tags and prefix/regex (works like an AND operator in programing).

Tags can be also used for filtering images, it is possible to select one or multiple tags to get images that have all of them.
